Chance Encounters of the Policing Kind

I was driving to the island when I saw this psychotic vagrant (a.k.a. one who needs help)by the road. He was in police uniform. That said a lot.

Some of em are bound to get like this man...
every single day, someone out there place curses on these askaris...
besides, 2o naira bribe is just sufficient for a stick of weed.

Poor chap. Perhaps he stole the shirt from the Police barracks washing line.
This picture begs the question, 'where has all the oil money gone'.
He is pychotic, and if in a 'civilised country' , he will be in a Psychiatric unit.
Nigeria's 'lack of resources' mitigates against the provision of basic heallth provision for its citizens.
Corruption na bad thing.
Those who think they are immune should tink again. Lagos has no emergency medical response services (IN 2008!!!)
