KIND invites you to a V-Day 2007 benefit performance of Eve Ensler’s award-winning play to raise money and awareness for local organizations that work to stop violence against women and girls.
This year’s performance includes top female actresses like Joke Silva, Kate Henshaw, Rita Dominic, Iretiola Doyle, Teniola Aofiyebi, Omonor Imobhio and a lot more. Performances would be from 6:30pm at the Agip Hall, Muson (14th & 21st Of March), and Planet One (17th March). Light refreshments will be provided

Proceeds from this performance would be donated to a Rape Crisis Center in Lagos and a VVF Rehabilitation Centre in Kano. Tickets cost 3,000 naira each and can be procured from 5th March at Quintessence and Planet One. Would have loved to attend, if I was there. I think they had one in my school once or a couple of times, and I was too busy to attend.

it seems like the muson place is the where all the plays go down.. this one looks fantastic... did you see it before? Rita Dominic looks flawless... i really like joke silva although I don't remember seeing her in any movie.. you know who really impressed me in a recent nigerian movie i watched? Bimbo Akintola... man the way she talks is just beautiful... she's an actors actor... she probably studied theater arts or something similar... luv her!!!

Storm, Muson is where the power's at, and maybe Terra Kulture. The play this March will be my 25th production at Muson.
I saw the play before. If you google "Vagina Monologues", you might see my review of the play for the Guardian newspaper.
Bimbo Akintola studied Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan.
